Summer training research project during Postgraduate studies (M.Sc. in Microbiology): Project: “Assessment of Pro-inflammatory cytokines and toll like receptor profile in Hepatitis C virus genotype 3 infected individuals” at ICMR Virus Unit (National Institute of Cholera and Enteric Disease), Kolkata, India. Guide and Supervisor: Dr. Provash Chandra Sadhukhan, Scientist-D at ICMR Virus Unit (National Institute of Cholera and Enteric Disease), Kolkata, India.
Research Fellow at V.J.R.College (affiliated to University of Calcutta), from February 2017 to June 2018, under the guidance of Dr. Gargi Saha Kesh, Associate Professor of Microbiology, Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray College. Title of the paper - Phycocyanin from a Cyanobacterium of Sundarbans. The paper is under process for publication in journals.
Completed “Two Years (2016-2018) Internship Curriculum” from The Biome with the title of the project being: “Computational Analysis of Ebola Proteins” at The Biome Research Facility, Salt Lake City, West Bengal, India.
