Grievance Redressal Cell
It is good to air grievance rather than to keep it bottled up. Protection of human rights is essential for holistic development of an individual's personality. To realize the primary needs of the students and staff and secure civil liabilities for everybody, a grievance redressal cell has been constituted. The cell is intended to find solution for the problem like sexual harassment, any kind of physical or mental harassment, complaints regarding class room, teaching, class room management, completion of syllabus, teaching method, extracurricular activities, examination related issue etc. The Grievance Redressal Committee works in collaboration with the anti-ragging cell and committee for prevention of sexual harassment. Redressal cell convenes meetings periodically and takes steps to redress the grievance with the help of the Principal. The committee gives a reasonable and reliable solution for grievances of various issues received from students. The committee ensures that the grievances are resolved on time impartially and confidentially. Above all mentioned, Students Feedback Mechanism is maintained for quality improvement of the College.
The Grievance reversal cell of the college functions with the following purposes.
The grievance redressal cell of the college generally has the provision of including two/three teaching staff as its member and the principal as the chairman. The cell has the provision of being reconstituted every year as found necessary by the chairman. The following staff members are in the charge of this cell:

The objective of the grievance redressal cell is to develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institution. The objectives of the grievance redressal cell are:
i) To develop an organizational frame work to resolve grievances of students and other stakeholders.
ii) To provide the students access to immediate hassle-free redressal of their grievances.
iii) To apprise the students on their duties and responsibilities to access benefits due under the grievance-redressal policies.
iv) To establish structured interactions with students to understand their expectations.
v) To institute a monitoring mechanism to oversee the functioning of the grievance redressal policy.
Procedure for lodging a complaint: -
If a student has a grievance
● He or she may drop a written complaint into the complaint box.
● He or she may send his/ her grievance to the principal over e-mail or in letter.
● Raising grievances during parent teacher meet.
● The complainant must sign the complaint.
