1. Organized a film review competition on the occasion of 101^st birth anniversary of world-famous film maker Mr. Satyajit Ray’s “Jana Aranya” on 2^nd May’ 2022.

 

2. Organized World book and Copyright day, 2022. Held on 25^th and 26^th April, 2022 at Central Library of VJRC.

 

3. Jointly organized a state level IPR awareness webinar with Research & Guidance cell and IQAC on Celebration of the World Intellectual property day, held on 26th April, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. on the topic “Fundamentals of IPR” by Dr. Vijay Jagdish Upadhye, Deputy director, center of research for development & Associate Professor, Parul Institute of Applied science, Gujarat.

 

4. Jointly organized a state level IPR awareness webinar with Research & Guidance cell and IQAC on Celebration of the World book and copyright day, held on 23^rd April, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. on the topic “Copyright to plagiarism: a learner’s perspective” by Mr. Vikas Bhushan, Information Officer, the WB National University of Juridical science, Kolkata.

 

5. Organized library orientation programme for faculty of Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray College on “Website development with Google Drive” held on 5^th Jan’2022 at Central Library of VJRC.

 

6. Organised Library Orientation Programme for Students of B.A. (Hons) of Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray College on 15^th December’ 2021 at College.

 

7. Organised Library Orientation Programme for Students of M.Sc (Microbiology) of Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray College on 10th December’ 2021 at College.

 

8. Jointly organised a National Level E-Workshop with IQAC on “Qualitative Metrics & Quantitative Metrics: Data Validation for Assessment of HEI by NAAC” held on 4^th November’ 2020.

 

9. Jointly organized an one week Faculty Development Programme (FDP) with Department of Philosophy, R&G Cell & IQAC of VJRC on “Educational Video Creation (E-Content Development)” held on 21-27^th September’ 2020 collaboration of Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray College, Kolkata and Toshniwal Arts Commerce & Science College, Maharastra.

10.  Jointly organized a National level e-workshop with R&G Cell & IQAC of VJRC on “Intellectual Property Right in Digital Era: In Special Reference with Plagiarism Detection Tools" on 26^th & 27^th July’ 2020.

 

11. Jointly organized a National level e-workshop with IQAC of VJRC on “Awareness Programme on National Digital Library in Indian” held on 24^th July’ 2020 collaboration of Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray College & NDLI.
