2. Completed an  Online Subject Refreshed Course(RC) in Human rights (open to all) from 20 July 2022 to  02  august 2022 organised by UGC Human Resource Development centre, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh and obtained grade A

3. Participated in the National Webinar series on "Future of Institutional Education, Economy and Society in the Post- Covid Era" jointly organised by IQAC, Gokhale Memorial Girls' College Kolkata and IQAC   Vijaygarh jyotish Roy College, Kolkata on 27th of May 2020.

4. Participated and successfully completed the 7 day International Level Faculty Development Programme(FDP) on "Methodology of Research in Social Sciences:  Latest Innovations" organised by the department of Education in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell, Mrinalini Dutta Mahavidyapith, Kolkata in collaboration with the Faculty Development centre, Mizoram University, Aizawl  and Department of Education, Jadavpur University Kolkata from 25.07 2020  to 31. 07.2020 and obtained grade A.

5. Completed TWO WEEK FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME on " ADVANCED CONCEPTS FOR DEVELOPING MOOCS"  from 02 to 17 July 2020

Organised ( BEING CONVENER), (on behalf of Vijaygarh jyotish Roy College Kolkata in collaboration with Toshniwal Arts, Commerce and Science College, Sengaon) One Week Online Faculty Development Programme  on Educational Video Creation (E- Content Development),  21st September 2020 to  27th  September 2020.

8. Participated in one day National Level E- Workshop on Qualitative Metrics and Quantitative Metrics:  Data Validation for Assessment of HEI by NAAC 

jointly organised by IQAC  and Department of Library,Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray  College Kolkata 32.

9. Participated in the Faculty Development Program, each  of duration 2 hours on "Digital Training on E- Content  Development for Online Classes" , organised by Vijayharh Jyotish Roy College, Kolkata 32 on 3rd July 2020.

10. Participated in the State Level Webinar  Lecture Series of duration 2 hours on "Human Rights in Perspective of Natural Disaster",  organised by IQAC in collaboration with the Department of Political Science, Education, Journalism and mass communication, Physiology and Women Cell, Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray College, Kolkata 32, on 3rd July 2020

11. Participated in the National Webinar on Bollywood: Past Challenges and Effects of the Pandemic on 9th August 2020 organised by Department of History, in collaboration with IQAC ,Vijaygarh College Kolkata West Bengal.

12.  Participated in one day National level e workshop on awareness program on national digital library of India of 2 hours duration on 24th of July 2020 at 4:00 p.m., organised by Department of Library and IQAC of Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray College Kolkata in collaboration with National Digital Library of India IIT Kharagpur.

14. Participated in the Two days FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME  on Development of Massive Open Online Course( MOOCS)  organised by IQAC Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray  college in collaboration with Educational Multimedia Research Centre( EMMRC),  held on 29th and 30th August 2019.

Presented paper on 'Vivekananda and social inclusion' in the one day seminar on P'erspective of Inclusion : Swami Vivekananda and Sister Nivedita" held on 12th January 2020, organised by the Centre for Disability Studies and Educational Research( CDSER)  under the aegis of School of Education, Netaji Subhash Open University and Indian ainstitute of Mother and Child welfare (IIMCW).

16. Presented a paper at the National seminar the challenges and " The Challenges and the Opportunities of Best Practices in Higher Education held at Vijaygarh Jyotish Roy College, Kolkata -32 on  15th January 2020 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. organised by IQAC Vijaygarh  Jyotish Ray college in collaboration with National Assessment and Accreditation Council ( NAAC).

17. Presented a paper titled "Education : a key to gender equality"  at the International Seminar on 'Global Education of the 21st Century Perspective and Challenges'  held at Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray College, Kolkata 32 on 7th February 2020 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., organised by the Department of Education Vijaygarh Jyotish RayCollege, supported by IQAC, Vijaygarj Jyotish Ray  College, in collaboration with Raidighi College, West Bengal and K.K Das College, West Bengal.

18. Presented a paper titled 'Devadasi : a System of Violence on Dalit Women'  in the Fourth International Seminar on " Exploring the History of Adivasis Dalits and Minorities in India" held at the Department of History University of Gourbhanga, Malda on 26th April 2019.

19. Participated in the workshop on Academic Audit, organised by IQAC Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray college, on 9.9.2019 organised by, IQAC Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray College.

20. Presented a paper (in one day National Seminar on "Freedom at Midnight:  Impact of Partition in Contemporary India" at chachal college Chanchal Malda) titled  'Direct Action Day : Effect on General People' , on 3rd April 2019 at chachal college Malda.

21. Presented a paper titled 'Gender Discrimination and the Violence Against Women' in the UGC sponsored National seminar on "Women' and Human Rights",  held on 28 and 29 September 2007 at Barnagar College, Sorbhog , organised by  Barnagar College Sorbog Assam.

22. Presented a paper titled 'Women and Society in Ambedkar' in the National seminar on " Man and Society in Buddhism and Ambedkar"  organised by Centre for Buddhist Study and Centre for Ambedkar study, Department of philosophy, University of North Bengal ,on 31st March and 1st April 2008.

23. Presented a paper titled 'The Role of Education in Empowering women' in the two day UGC sponsored National seminar on "Gradual Development of Women Education and Empowerment in North Bengal",  organised by the Centre of study for Women Advancement, Thakur Panchanan Mahila Mahavidyalaya, cooch Behar.

24. Attended the 'SENSITIZATION PROGRAMME FOR COMMITTEE MEMBERS ON PREVENTION OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT AT WORKPLACE', NEW DELHI, 3 days workshop(7th january to 9th january,2009), organised by NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC COOPERATION AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT.

26. Participated in the one day state level seminar on" RULES AND REGULATION OF CAS AND LEAVE RULE", organised by promotion and fixation cell in collaboration with IQAC Vijaygarh Jyotish  Ray College,Kolkata -32 on 16 December 2022.
