Currently working at Vijaygarh Jyotish Ray College as State-Aided Teacher in the Department of History, being equally capable in both Virtual and Classroom Teaching. Have earned name, goodwill and student's faith through relentless labour for almost 17+ years.
Participation in all college internal and external activities as and when needed . In the department of History as a responsible teacher , I not only take stipulated classes as per routine , but also engage myself in all examination duties , mentoring students , providing them proper guidance in group activities , taking remedial classes , participating in departmental seminars and all other departmental activities as and when required.
My most favourite activity has always been the mentorship programme, motivating my students,rejuvenating them and imparting confidence in them for their life ahead is such a refreshing experience.
Let my students sail their own boat ,let them go wherever they want...my primary activity for them would be to remain as their Light House, as long as my College and my students want.
Organising departmental programmes is my another place of interest as that brings me closer to our students' acumen and helps me to nurture their talents more closely.
